4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• At the user's own request

If there is a remaining balance when an account is closed, bc99 will return those funds once verification is complete. However, if the account was closed due to prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited.

For inactive accounts, bc99 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100. Fees will stop once the balance reaches zero.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or payment, please follow the process below:
